Physical Items

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your physical purchase, you may return it within [14 days] of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Process

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. We will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5-7 business days]. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Digital Products

Non-Refundable
All digital products, including downloadable items, are non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review product descriptions carefully before making your purchase.

Gift cards are non refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (including digital items), please contact us within [7 days] of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a physical item for a different size or design, please contact us at sagerosedesign@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to availability and must follow the return process outlined above.
